Refund policy
Return Window
• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.
• Items that arrive used, damaged, or outside the 30-day window are not eligible.
• No restocking fees are charged.
How to Initiate a Return
• Email the Cody Matthew support team at support@codymatthew.com to start your return request.
• Repackage the item carefully, including all original tags and packaging.
• Send the package to the return address provided by our support team.
• Keep your tracking information until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
Return MethodÂ
• All returns must be shipped by mail to the address provided by customer support.
Exchanges
• Need a different size? Email support@codymatthew.com and let us know whether the original item was too small or too large.
• We will send the replacement to you at no cost, including shipping.
• To reduce waste and our carbon footprint, you do not need to send back the original item—feel free to keep, donate, or gift it.
• If the required size or color is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, email support@codymatthew.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Please include photos and your order number in your message.
• We will replace the item at no charge. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Refunds
• Once your approved return is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
• Original shipping fees and any shipping protection or insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.
• You will receive an email notification once your refund is complete.
Lost Parcels
• If your package is lost in transit and the shipping address entered at checkout was correct, we will send a replacement.
• If you prefer a refund instead, we will wait 14 days to confirm non-delivery with the carrier before issuing the refund.
Color Disclaimer
• We aim for accurate product photography, but colors may vary slightly across different screens.
• If you want help with color, material, or sizing before placing an order, feel free to reach out—our team is here to assist.
